ADMISSION PROCEDURE
An amount of Rs 25/- [NON-REFUNDABLE] is to be paid as registration fee [ either online or offline] together with a self-attested copy of the DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE issued by MCD, Proof of residence and other relevant documents. The parents may submit the documents and registration fee online or offline by submitting the printout of the filled up registration form along with relevant documents in School Office between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION (EITHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE) IS 23.12.2022 TILL 1 PM.

- BIRTH CERTIFICATE ( bearing child’ s name) PHOTOCOPY [In case the parent does not possess the DOB certificate having child’ s name, the same must be submitted in the school within 15 days of securing admission].
- PROOF OF SIBLING STUDYING IN RAMJAS SCHOOL , ANAND PARVAT ONLY( Report card, Fee bill, ID card of current sibling) PHOTOCOPY.
- PROOF OF ALUMNI OF RAMJAS SCHOOL, ANAND PARVAT( CLASS XII ONLY) [ PHOTOCOPY]
- PROOF OF RESIDENCE ( RATION CARD / VOTER CARD / PASSPORT/ AADHAAR CARD / ELECTRICITY BILL/ WATER BILL, MTNL BILL/ ELECTRICITY BILL) [ PHOTOCOPY]
- PROOF OF EMPLOYEE OF RAMJAS SCHOOL, ANAND PARVAT.[PHOTOCOPY]
- AADHAAR CARD OF CHILD[PHOTOCOPY]
- NOTARISED AFFIDAVIT CERTIFYING THE FIRST BORN CHILD [ ORIGINAL]
- REGISTRATION FEE [ NON-REFUNDABLE] OF Rs 25/- TO BE PAID WHILE SUBMITTING THE FORM OFFLINE IN SCHOOL.
