Mental Health Awareness Week was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Ramjas School, Anand Parvat. The week was filled with activities promoting self-love, kindness, gratitude, and positivity.
Students participated in engaging sessions — from making affirmation bracelets, smiley badges, and emoji masks to yoga, meditation, and creative workshops. Each activity reinforced the importance of mental well-being along with physical health, inspiring students to be kind, grateful, and mentally strong. The week was effectively executed under the guidance of our Principal, Ms. Smita Sharma Dabas and coordinated by Ms.Bhumika (School Counselor).
