THE PRE- PRIMARY WING AT A GLANCE:
The Pre-Primary wing is well equipped to provide a congenial learning environment to the little learners. It has well furnished, Fully Air Conditioned, well ventilated classrooms with all necessary amenities like smart boards, child friendly furniture and fixtures, Montessori apparatus, toys and dolls house .There is sufficient playing area for the general health and physical work out for a child with adequate number of swings, slides, jungle gym and a multi- play station. We have a fully functional Skating rink for the toddlers who have a special knack to explore their physical abilities. We have an Activity room where tiny tots explore their stage skills like dance, drama, music and indoor play.

The students also participate in Inter- school competitions and bring laurels to the school.
The admission process begins by filling up the online registration form available on the school website, during the stipulated time period as notified by the Directorate Of Education. Selection is done on the basis of specific criteria like neighbourhood, first born child, girl child, employee / alumni / sibling studying in Ramjas School, Anand parvat .( There is no weightage for parents’ educational qualification, occupation or financial status.) Each criterion carries specific points on the basis of which the school brings out the Merit list, First list, Second list , Waiting lists according to the dates notified by the DOE. Draw of lots in the presence of parents is held to take out the First list and subsequent lists. After getting the name of their ward in the selection list, the parents are required to report to school along with all necessary documents. The admission will be confirmed only after the verification of documents and payment of fee.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY:
Children born between 01.04.2019 and 31.03.2020 ( both days inclusive) are eligible for admission to Pre-School during the academic session 2023-24.

ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION:
- Duly laminated Date of birth certificate issued by MCD bearing the child’s name.
- Proof of sibling studying in Ramjas School, Anand Parvat .( Report card/ ID card, fee slip of the current sibling)
- Proof of alumni of Ramjas School, Anand Parvat.( class XII only)
- Proof of residence( Ration card/ Voter Card / Electricity bill / MTNL bill /Water bill / Passport/ Aadhaar card)
- Proof of employee of Ramjas School, Anand Parvat only.
- Notarized affidavit certifying the first born child( original)
- Aadhaar card of child.
NURSERY ORIENTATION PROGRAMME
The Nursery Orientation is conducted before the beginning of the new session so that the parents gain insight about the various teaching methodologies, the curricular and extra – curricular activities undertaken at school. They meet the teachers and visit their ward’s classroom during the Orientation.
KG ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission to KG class is done as per the number of vacancies. The parents are required to submit their application at the school reception. Once their application is processed, the parent is called to fill up the registration form with all relevant documents like student’s date of birth proof, residence proof, valid ID proof of both parents as well as the student and report card of previous school. THERE IS NO WRITTEN TEST OF THE STUDENT FOR ADMISSION TO KG CLASS.
ELIGIBILITY: THE CHILD MUST BE BORN BETWEEN 01.04.2018 – 31.03.2019 ( BOTH DAYS INCLUSIVE)FOR ADMISSION DURING THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2023-24

Admissions
Ramjas School accepts admissions for boys and girls of all classes starting from Class 1 and up to Class XII. Our academic year commences in April each year with registrations being accepted from February of the preceding year.
Admission Policy
- Admissions is on First Come First Serve basis
- Age of child as on 31st March
- For Class I onwards: on the basis of academic performance of the child, short- ability test of language and mathematical skills and one-on-one interaction with the child.
- Please note on account of seats being very limited, the admission process focuses on getting to know an applicant very well through interaction & academic assessment
- On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.
Procedure for Registration
- Registration form is available in school office on request.
- Registration fee is Rs 25/-
- Entrance Test is conducted in the month of February
- The photograph of the child, father and mother must be pasted in the form.
- The original and photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal corporation or Civic authority, Aadhar card (of parents and child both) must be submitted to the school when asked by school Authority.
- All documents should be self-attested/gazzeted officer.
- A copy of previous school’s report card must be enclosed.
- Please visit the website regularly for update on admission status of your child.
Documents Required at Time Of Submission Of Form
- Attested copies of the following documents should be enclosed with the filled in registration forms.
- Birth Certificate (Photocopy at the time of registration and the original at the time of admission for verification)
- Previous year’s Marks Sheet.
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Four recent passport sized colour photographs of the pupil
- One recent passport sized colour photograph of the parent(s).
Important Information
- Students coming from other schools and looking to join classes 1st to 9th are required to produce a School Leaving Certificate. In case of inter-state transfer, the certificate should be countersigned by the Principal/ HOS of previous school attended.
- Parents should take utmost care to tally the name and date of birth as given in the application form with the date of birth as given in the original birth certificate /aadhar card or transfer certificate. The date of birth recorded in the admission form cannot be changed later.
- Grant of admission will be the sole discretion of the school.
- Once admission has been offered by the school, all fees are then payable by Demand Draft. Admission in the school cannot be confirmed until all fees are received.
- An application will be summarily rejected if any discrepancy between the particulars given in the form and supporting documents is detected.
- Acceptance of admission fee is not a guarantee of admission. The admission shall remain only provisional until all the documents are verified and found to be correct by the school authorities.
**REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE **
